Lymm and District Round Table is adding another charity event to its fundraising calendar – the village’s inaugural Lymm Beer Festival.
The event will take place on September 9th and 10th at Lymm Village Hall and the Round Table is seeking out organisations to sponsor one of over 20 beers and ciders that will be on sale.
Barrel sponsorship is £75 and sponsors names will appear in the programme, on the barrels and the Festival’s website. They will also receive 10 tickets to the event including two VIPs who will be invited to attend from 5-7pm on the Friday evening, where there will be a chance to meet other sponsors, local dignitaries, and all beers will be free-of-charge.
The Round Table is also looking for a main sponsor who will be able to promote themselves at the event, and will feature on the programme cover and glasses.
Lymm and District Round Table chairman Chris Stephens said: “We have a great track record in arranging popular community events such as the Lymm Duck Race and Big Lymm Bonfire, and we feel that the Lymm Beer Festival will be a worthy addition.
“All the profits will go to local charities and good causes so it’s going to be a worthwhile event to support.”
