Always one for a buzzing atmosphere and a lively social scene, The Star Pub has a hefty handful of exciting events lined up throughout November and December well worth getting involved in!
Kicking off the show with something for the sports fans on Thursday 25th November, it’s The Star Pub’s Darts Tournament. Where the darts are flying and the pints are flowing, the night will definitely bring out your competitive streak. So get down there for 6:30pm start. All the funds raised got to the darts and football team.
Get involved with some betting banter on Thursday 9th December at 8.00pm with The Star Pub’s Charity Race Night. Money raised will be going to Childrens Wish House charity. With the horse racing shown on the big screen and bets being taken throughout the evening, it’s going to be a gambling game for a worthy cause.

The perfect event to get that festive feeling, Father Christmas is in the house on Saturday 18th December! With presents for the kids and a DJ busting out all those classic Christmas tracks, it’s a seasonal celebration to get everyone in the festive mood. Starting at 2:00pm until 5:00pm.
Bearfist are a middle of the road 4 piece indie/rock cover Lymm band who are massively popular at the pub and play on a regular basis. With bags of pure talent and always providing a rocking night in the pub they have a cult following to be proud of. Be sure to keep an eye out for these guys, as they will be performing in the pub on 27th November 8.00 until late.
