Open since 1987, Stockley Farm provides a great 'hands on' family day out. The organic farm set in the stunning countryside of Cheshire comprises of 750 acres of land growing a variety of crops and vegetables. A modern working dairy farm, it is also home to 200 dairy cows. The adventure begins with a tractor and trailer ride down to the farm. From there, you can choose from a fantastic array of activities to get involved in. Head down to the animal sheds and learn about some of the farm animals. There are always baby calves, piglets, goats, lambs, chicks and rabbits that want handling! Be sure to be here at feeding time, when the baby lambs and goats can be bottle fed. Let off some stream in the outdoor play area, or enjoy a relaxing break and treat yourself to one of the home made cakes in the tea room.
