Gulivers World

A family theme park (opened 1989), Gulliver's World is designed to cater for families with children aged between 2-13. With a selection of rides, attractions, shows and shops the park is designed to offer the whole family a fun and exciting day out. Expect to find Gully & Gilly Mouse and all the other friendly resident characters on site throughout the day enjoying the fun and providing some magical entertainment!

Stockley Farm

Open since 1987, Stockley Farm provides a great 'hands on' family day out. The organic farm set in the stunning countryside of Cheshire comprises of 750 acres of land growing a variety of crops and vegetables. A modern working dairy farm, it is also home to 200 dairy cows. The adventure begins with a tractor and trailer ride down to the farm. From there, you can choose from a fantastic array of activities to get involved in. Head down to the animal sheds and learn about some of the farm animals. There are always baby calves, piglets, goats, lambs, chicks and rabbits that want handling! Be sure to be here at feeding time, when the baby lambs and goats can be bottle fed. Let off some stream in the outdoor play area, or enjoy a relaxing break and treat yourself to one of the home made cakes in the tea room. Finish off the day with a browse in the gift shop before climbing aboard your tractor and trailer journey home.

Chill Factor

The largest indoor ski sloop in the country, Chill Factor offers a massive amount of entertainment. The Jungle

Winner of 'Best UK Play Centre' in 2009, The Jungle is an award winning activity and soft play centre in Warrington. They promise to offer a safe, clean and fun family experience exceeding its customer's expectations. The three levelled jungle themed soft play area features a 4 lane 45ft waterfall slide, a crocodile pit, a ball pond, trampolines and swings. Museum of Science and Industry

Discover Manchester's industrial past and learn some inspiring stories of the people who contributed to the science of the city that helped shape today's modern world, at the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry. The museum is well located on the historic site of the world's oldest surviving passenger railway station. It comprises of five listed buildings which all present fascinating galleries, collections and working exhibits. With costumed characters and interactive features it's an amazing way to learn about the stories of revolutionary discoveries and remarkable inventions! There's plenty to explore with hands-on fun in the Xperiment section, real aeroplanes that made flying history in the Air and Space Hall, wheels and steam engines of industry in the Power Hall and a historical cotton mill area in the Textiles Gallery. One of the busiest venues in the World and the largest indoor arena in Europe, The Manchester Evening News arena opened in 1995 and has seen been a massive success. Staging some of the biggest names in live entertainment including U2, The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Pavarotti and Peter Kay, it's had some record breaking residency and attracts over one million visitors a year. Named 'International Venue of the Year' it has a capacity of 21,000 and has been nominated an unrivalled nine times consecutively. Definitely one of Manchester's biggest attractions.
