Harish moved to Lymm from nearby Bowdon in early 2007 and immediately took an interest in local matters. He is a LA Governor at Lymm High School; a resident board member of Warrington Council’s Stronger Together Neighbourhoods Board; a committee member of Lymm and District Youth Club and a committee member of the South Warrington Business Forum.
A chartered accountant by training, with a post-graduate in Business Turnaround from Liverpool John Moores University. An area of business in which Harish has both a keen interest, and extensive experience.
Harish worked in industry for a short period in his early years and has spent the last 20 years owning/managing businesses. Early growth and success allowed him to “put something back” into the community by becoming a Magistrate at the Manchester courts (for ten years) and a Prince’s Trust Mentor (for five years).
Harish has a keen interest in local politics and is actively engaged with his local political party, the Conservatives in Lymm, and is the Treasurer for the Warrington South Conservatives Association.
As a family man with 3 children still at school and 1 at university, Harish enjoys travel, reading and collecting watches amongst his varied hobbies.
