Bob and his wife Caroline live at 2A Dane Bank Road. They have been in Lymm since 1982 and have two daughters Katie and Sarah. He was educated at Durham and Manchester Universities and recently retired as a Senior University Lecturer. He now works as Managing Director of Manchester Geomatics and was awarded an OBE for services to geography in 2008. Bob has represented Booths Hill on the Parish Council for six years and has been the Chairman. He is one of Lymm’s three Borough Councillors and is the Executive Board Member responsible for Planning Regeneration and Housing. He is a Board member of Helena Housing Association.
