Currently under construction, Lymms latest addition to the wining and dining world will be Cafe Salar. Located in the heart of the village, this cafe/restaurant features a delicious menu of Mediterranean style food and beverages, sourcing a lot of its ingredients from Spain.
Pictured below is owner Mike Connett, alongside the restaurant General Manager, Daniel Mejia from Majorca. Both are very excited about the new project as Daniel says he hopes the restaurant will bring “Sunshine and colour to the village.”
The exotic addition to the village will also have a cocktail bar managed by Nathan Williams from New Zealand, who was also once the Head Bartender at Harvey Nicks in Manchester.
With work still on the go, the restaurant hopes to be fully finished and ready to open by the end of next week.
